Small Kitchen Appliances-Must-Haves for 2020
Simplify your life in the kitchen by utilizing the tools that are available. Here are top 5 small kitchen appliances you didn’t know you needed. Check them out below!
1. Blender
A blender is an incredibly useful tool to have in the kitchen. I fell in love with this DashTM Digital Blender three years ago, it does everything I need it to do, and more! It blends for smoothies, purees for dips and sauces, heats for soups, and freezes for cocktails like frozen rose! The Dash Blender is a cheaper alternative to the famous powerhouse – Vitamix Blender.
2. Rapid Egg Cooker
If you love making eggs, then you absolutely need this appliance. It’s small, lightweight, and efficient. Long are the days where you have to fill a huge pot of water, wait for it to boil, and then set a timer to get the perfect hard-boiled egg. This device essentially steams the eggs using a small amount of water.
3. KitchenAid Mixer
This item should come as no shock. Mixer’s are the number one item on a wedding registry, and for a good reason. The KitchenAid Mixer could replace many many appliances and gadgets due to it’s ability to interchange attachments and perform many tasks. This quintessential kitchen accessory comes in a variety of sizes and colors so you can match it perfectly with your kitchen’s design and can keep it out for display all year round.
I use my mixer to make homemade chocolate chip cookies, cheese ball, casserole mixes and double cheese grits
4. Air Fryer / Pressure Cooker
Commercial kitchens have been using pressure cookers for quite some time now, but they are now the newest kitchen appliance obsession among home cooks. I know so many people who received a pressure cooker for Christmas this year, and after hearing them talk about how amazing they are, I had to get one for myself. I was also feeling left out on the air fryer craze, SO I decided to double down and get the NINJA Foodi. It’s a pressure cooker AND an air fryer all in one!
Be sure to sign up for my email list. I’ll be rounding up all my favorite air fryer recipes soon!
5. Food Processor
The food processor is a versatile kitchen appliance! It does so many tedious jobs such as chopping, slicing and grounding. I love using this food processor to make salad dressings in large batches like my balsamic vinaigrette! I also love using it to make these all-natural energy bites. It grounds up nuts, oats and dates like a pro!
BONUS Appliance: I couldn’t stop the list without mentioning my immersion blender!
Use it for: Jamaican Jerk Bowls sauce, Low Carb Shrimp and Grits, Small batch balsamic dressing
What small kitchen appliance could you NOT live without?!
Coffee maker- Technivorm Moccamater. Is simple, quick, and makes an amazing cup of coffee. A little pricey but worth every penny!
ahh yes! I remember seeing that one Christmas. I’ll have to check it out. Thanks Tony!
