The heart of the home… ahhh the kitchen! When we chose to build this was one of the most important rooms to me for obvious reasons. I love to entertain, cook, and craft up cocktails in the kitchen! I’m so excited to share some of my kitchen design finishes with you today.

Kitchen Island Counter Stools with Cane Weave
These counter stools are such a steal! I couldn’t even find counter stools at Target for under $200 a piece. My inspiration for these cane weave stools originated here. But that price tag was not in my budget! These white washed wooden counter stools are the perfect seating choice for so many different styles. My style leans towards a California Style Farmhouse and transitional style.

Transitional home decor style is putting your own personal spin on mixing traditional elements with more trendy decor styles. You’ll see me explain and point out more of that as we tour the rest of my home.
Vintage Rugs and Runners for Kitchen
One traditional element I love to incorporate in my home is vintage rugs. They have such character, rich history and add incredible texture to any space! My home decor shop, Collected | for the home, has a wide selection of Turkish and Oushak rugs at a great price point. Definitely check out our rug shop if you haven’t already!
Counter Top Decor for Kitchen
Displaying your favorite and most used cooking ingredients is not only beautiful, it’s practical! I love these oval rattan trays. They come in this honey color, as well as a white washed color (see below).
