For me, smoothies are the best way to get fiber, collagen, and tons of super-foods into one delicious package. Strawberry Power Smoothie Recipe
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup water (or more for desired consistency)
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 ripe avocado
1 tablespoon raw unsalted almonds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4-5 drops of stevia
2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1/2 cup ice
Add all ingredients into blender and blend until desired consistency
