Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz vodka
- 1/2 oz Malibu rum
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1/2 oz mint simple syrup
- 2 oz coconut water
Instructions

To make mint simple syrup, add equal parts sugar and water to a sauce pan over medium heat and allow sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat and add a bunch of mint and allow to steep for atleast 10 minutes. Then, allow to cool. You can store in fridge for 1-2 weeks.

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over ice in low ball glass. Garnish with mint and lime wedge. Enjoy!!

40 oz Coconut Water (5 cups)
25 oz Vodka (3.125 cups)
10 oz Coconut Rum (1.25 cups)
10 oz Lime Juice (1.25 cups)
5 oz Mint Simple Syrup (3/4 cups)
