Friends, our food scene has changed drastically over the past few months! We are living a new dining + lifestyle filled with more grocery shopping, take out and curbside delivery. If you’re like me, you’ve enjoyed cooking more at home, but you are really starting to miss your go-to restaurant staples.
I think now more than ever we are looking to recreate some of our restaurant favorites at home. I write about copycat recipes all over this blog because most of the time you can’t get restaurant dishes, sauces, etc at the grocery store, but today that’s changing!
If you love and have been missing Panera salads, I have some terrific news for you.
You can now get their delicious salad dressings at Publix in the refrigerated produce area. In today’s recipe I am featuring Panera Creamy Buttermilk Ranch+Dip!
Now you can find all your favorite Panera flavors at your local Publix grocery store. It feels good to know that these dressings are 100% clean and made with no artificial preservatives, flavors or colors from a artificial sources. Choose from a variety of flavors, and be sure to visit the Panera At Home site to find additional products and recipes.

I personally am most excited about their Panera Creamy Buttermilk Ranch+Dip. Today I’m going to walk you through how I put together an easy Cobb salad and dress it with the Panera Ranch Dressing.
- Grab the Panera Creamy Buttermilk Ranch+Dip from the refrigerated section at Publix (next to the lettuce)
- Choose your favorite green leaf lettuce
- Bake your bacon
- Boil your eggs
- Chop your veggies (red onion, cucumber, grape tomatoes)
- Add favorite cheese (sharp cheddar, feta or bleu cheese)
- Add grilled chicken
- Top with ripe avocado
- Drizzle with Panera Creamy Buttermilk Ranch+Dip
I would love to know if you make this easy Cobb salad with any of these Panera dressings from Publix. The Panera Balsamic Dressing would also be wonderful on this salad!
