Skinny Mojito Recipe


Ingredients

  • 6-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 oz white rum
  • 2 drops Stevia sweetener
  • Club Soda Lime flavor (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, lightly muddle the mint, lime, and stevia

  2. Add the rum, and fill with ice

  3. Shake well and pour (unstrained) into a highball glass.

  4. Top with the club soda and garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedge
