  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 3/4 cup Oat Milk (option: sub this with almond or coconut milk)
  • 3/4 cup frozen bananas
  • 1-2 tbsp your favorite nut butter
  • 1/2 cup spinach or avocado optional
  • add in protein powders, collagen powders, etc
  • optional: add water to loosen for desired consistency
