Bacon & Fig Jam Flatbread

  • 1 pkg Mama Mary's Thin & Crispy Crust (pack of 2)
  • 1 jar Fig Jam Spread
  • 2 shallots diced
  • 7 strips bacon chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • cilantro
  • goat cheese


  1. Use instructions on pizza packaging to preheat your oven

  2. Place a large skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until done

  3. Transfer bacon onto paper towels to drain and dry

  4. Pour half of the bacon grease into a heat safe container, let dry and discard later. Leave the other half in pan and saute shallots for 3 minutes. Add pepper

  5. Turn heat down to medium-low and add in garlic

  6. Pour 9 oz jar of fig spread into pan and let the jam melt and loosen into sauce for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, chop cooked bacon into small pieces

  7. Once sauce is loose, distribute evenly between both crusts, add chopped bacon and bake for 7-9 minutes

  8. Remove pizzas from oven and top with goat cheese crumbles and cilantro
