Sausage and Egg Breakfast Casserole

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 lb mild Jimmy Dean sausage browned
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 1/2 bag sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 bag Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can crescent rolls


  1. Pre-heat oven to 375

  2. Grease 13 x 9 pan and lay crescent rolls out flat to cover the entire bottom of dish. Bake for about 6 minutes, then remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 degrees.

  3. On stove, heat skillet to medium-high and brown sausage

  4. Drain excess sausage grease and set sausage aside

  5. Beat eggs and milk together and season with salt and pepper

  6. Into pan with slightly cooked crescent rolls, add cooked sausage and sprinkle with cheeses. Then, cover pan with egg mixture

  7. Bake 35-45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving
