Make 1/3 cup of simple syrup.
Heat 1/3 cup of water and 1/3 cup of sugar together over medium heat.
Place 5 oz. raspberries (1 small package) and simple sugar into blender or food processor. Blend until pureed.
Pour raspberry mixture through extra fine mesh strainer to catch any seeds that weren’t blended
To assemble one cocktail, add ice to Moscow mule mug, 1 tablespoon of raspberry puree, 1.5 oz of vodka, 1 tablespoon lime juice and top with ginger beer. Stir and enjoy!
