Our Family is Growing!

I am so excited to share that our family is growing finally! 🫶🏼 Baby number two is on the way, and Emma is officially going to be a big sister! Ty and I are over the moon as we prepare to welcome another little one into our lives. We’ve been soaking up all the moments with Emma, and now we get to experience this beautiful journey all over again. Thank you all for your love and support—it means the world to us as we step into this next chapter as a family of four!

 It’s been one of the most asked questions for quite some time, and to be honest it’s been one of the hardest secrets to keep! I am overjoyed to share the news with you and I’m so grateful to have such an amazing community of friends and followers who are there every step of the way. I’ll be sharing all the updates with you—nursery progress, baby gear reviews, and even some family moments as we count down the days until our little one arrives.

As I prepare for baby #2, I’ve been on the lookout for all the NEW must-have products that make life easier for moms. It’s been almost 4 years since I was in the newborn game and there are so many new gadget on the market. I’ll be exploring those and leaning on my fellow moms for reviews on what to try. However, there are quite a few tried and true items that I am excited to bring back out when baby joins us later this year. Check out my TOP 10 BABY FAVES below:

I’m looking forward to use our existing crib and will definitely reuse our car seat and stroller. The newborn days aren’t complete without our very favorite swaddles and this bouncer.

There are a few things I won’t be using again this time, like our existing swivel rocker and the Owlet sock. Stay tuned to see what NEW items I’m considering using for baby Tolleson!

New Nursery Inspo

When it comes to designing any space in our home, I love creating a space that feels cozy and classic. Think warm, inviting neutrals with a touch of Southern charm and sophistication—soft linens, pattern mixing, and plenty of cozy layers that bring a sense of timeless comfort to the room. After Emma’s nursery, which was a Serena and Lily-inspired coastal vibe, I wanted to try something a little different this time around, but still equally special.

We’re keeping the gender a surprise for now, but I can’t wait to share more about our nursery design! What I can share is that we’re leaning into Southern classics, warm tones with a twist of modern & vintage flair. We’ll be mixing soft whites, creams, and wood accents to create a serene space that’s both timeless and homey.

While we’re still in the very early stages of design, I couldn’t resist sharing with you a peek at the look we’re going with! There will be much more to come, so stay tuned!
